KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant, to join our Tax organization.
Provide high-level administrative support to multiple professionals
Generate engagement letters, bills, and time and expense reports as directed
Monitor billing (A/R and A/P) and coordinate review of reports with management team
Provide back up support to the other administrative assistants
Deliver high-quality compliance products to the team for submission to client, prepare extensions, assembly tax returns and track deliverables
Utilize the firm tools and systems and work with management on the accuracy of staff and manager schedules
Minimum of five years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment
High School diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and familiarity with SharePoint preferred
Ability to work in a team environment, prioritize work and support multiple professionals with limited supervision
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and follow standardized tasks and work according to established rules and procedures
